Keeping the WISL Forum Experience Growing!

The Women in Sales Leadership Forum creates something that is difficult to leave behind.

Over three months and six sessions, women build trusted relationships, challenge their thinking, gain new perspectives, and grow alongside peers who understand the opportunities and realities of leadership. For many, those relationships become every bit as valuable as the leadership development itself.

The WISL Forum Alumni Network extends the value of the Forum long after the final session, giving every graduate a place to stay connected with her cohort while becoming part of a growing community of nearly 250 women from almost eight years of Forum classes.

For alumni, that means a trusted network they can continue turning to as their careers and leadership challenges evolve. They can reconnect with the women who shared their Forum experience, build relationships across industries and organizations, exchange ideas and opportunities, and continue learning through workshops, leadership discussions, expert-led programs, and peer conversations.

For employers, it means the investment in a woman’s development doesn’t end when the Forum does. She returns to an ongoing community of accomplished leaders who continue to challenge her thinking, expose her to new perspectives, and provide the professional relationships and continued development that help strong leaders keep growing.
