Center for Elevating Women in Sales Leadership

Unleashing the Full Potential of Women to Lead and Succeed

In the world of sales, women bring a powerhouse of talent, insight, and strategic thinking. Yet, the path to leadership can be filled with unnecessary roadblocks. Our Women in Sales programs exist to change that. Through high-impact forums, exclusive leadership development experiences, and the premier Women in Sales Elevation Conference, we empower women to articulate their value, negotiate with confidence, and lead with conviction—all while helping organizations retain and elevate top female sales talent.

CEWL: Helping employers redefine what sales leadership in sales looks like.

The Women in Sales Leadership Forum

An Elite Leadership Development Experience

A small cohort, a big transformation. The Women in Sales Leadership (WISL) Forum is a three-month, six session immersive experience designed for women sales leaders and high-potential rising stars. Through intimate discussions, expert-led workshops, and real-world application, participants gain the skills, mindset, and strategies needed to own their leadership journey and drive measurable impact in their organizations.

The WISL Forum builds the foundation. The Alumni Network keeps it growing!

The relationships built over the three months are often as powerful as the leadership development itself. Women leave with trusted peers who’ve challenged their thinking and understood the realities of leadership in a way few others can.

Now, WISL Forum graduates can continue their journey through the Alumni Network, a growing community drawing from almost eight years of Forum cohorts, nearly 250 women strong and counting. It’s a place to stay connected with their cohort, build relationships across the wider WISL community, and keep growing through workshops, leadership discussions, and peer learning.
