President and CRO, Center of Elevating Women in Sales

Gina Stracuzzi

“I believe in women who rise without permission, speak without softening, and lead without apology. My mission is to fan that flame—until every woman in sales stands tall and leads like she owns the place.”

Gina Stracuzzi has been wrangling deals and smashing ceilings since long before “sales enablement” was a buzzword. She started out selling commodity futures to Texas cattlemen—yes, cowboy boots and all—and parlayed that grit into a career devoted to helping women lead with power and purpose. She’s the strategic force—blending vision, influence, and hands-on leadership—behind the Center for Elevating Women in Sales Leadership, the WISL Forum, and the WIS Elevation Conference, all designed to accelerate the rise of women in sales leadership roles.

With a stack of industry accolades that includes being named one of the Top 15 Women in B2B Sales Influencers for 2025 by Clutch, one of the Top 100 Sales Queens in 2025 by Queen of Sales, and one of the Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Sales for three straight years by DemandBase—and a reputation for calling BS on the status quo—Gina isn’t here to play nice. She’s here to change the face of leadership in sales.
