“I participated in Gina’s Women in Sales Leadership Forum a few years ago when I was new to people leadership, and it was pivotal. Each session offered significant takeaways that I immediately applied, but the discussions on ambition burnout and emotional intelligence (EQ) were particularly impactful.

I’d never encountered the term “ambition burnout” before, but it perfectly described what I’d been experiencing.
