Through TWP, we seek to build opportunities for all, create sustainable stays, strengthen our communities, and operate with accountability, integrity, and transparency.

Every year, we report our progress towards our 2030 TWP goals via our website and impact reports. Some highlights from 2024 include:

Created nearly 1 million learning and career growth opportunities, bringing us closer to our halfway point toward our 2030 Careers and Community impact goals.
Reduced our managed carbon emissions intensity by nearly 50% since 2008, marking strong progress toward our emissions reduction targets.
Positively impacted over 1.5 million community members around the world.

As stewards of the thousands of communities in which we operate, we have seen firsthand the impact and change that the combined power of our broad footprint and passionate global community of TMs can make on the world.

Each year we host Travel with Purpose Week (TWPW), our annual week of service that provides TMs around the world with the opportunity to drive environmental and social impact in their communities. In 2024, Hilton President & CEO, Chris, joined over 100 TMs from our McLean HQ and DC-area hotels to restore and beautify the Anacostia River Park in Southeast Washington, D.C.
