Getting Started: Your Challenges, Your Goals, Your Cohort
Build a trusted network, identify management challenges, and set goals for the program.
Moving into management is an exciting step, but it comes with challenges that even the most successful sales professionals may not expect. The Emerging Leaders Program helps new and aspiring managers develop the confidence, skills, and perspective to lead people effectively while navigating the realities of their new role.
New managers are often promoted for their sales success and then expected to lead, coach, and drive results without a clear roadmap. ELP gives participants practical training, coaching, and peer support as they navigate the realities of a new leadership role.
Through six interactive sessions, participants learn from experienced leaders, share challenges with peers, and leave with practical ideas they can put to work right away.
Explore the sessions and see how each one supports your growth as a manager.
